Unexpected "bonuses" in restaurant meals

I once found a maggot crawling around in a dish of butter at a restaurant (ugh!)

There was another time that I bought a box of Minute Rice and that same night, I opened it up to cook it and found several dead house flies inside the box. The whole box went right in to the garbage.

Found a mealworm once in my stirfry. For some reason, it didn’t really bother me. They’re high in protein and low in fat, right?

On another occasion, I found a piece of plastic in my salad at a fast-food place. There’s no nutritional excuse for THAT.
