Angel - I think the show would have went a different direction than what Joss chose for the comic, but that’s just me
Firefly - of course, Serenity was awesome, but this show had way more than 1 good season in it
I thought the unaired episodes on the DVD collection did a great job of bringing the series to a satisfactory close.

Lots of mine were low rated and it’s understandable that they were cancelled, but I want to know what happened in the new version of V. Diana had everyone in bliss mode except the resistance. I suppose humanity was just wiped out.
Another one was Flash Forward. Lots of potential squandered. They took way too long to start telling a good story and people gave up. It got good, and ended unresolved.

I wish Earth 2 lasted longer than 1 season. I liked it a lot.
Given what I later read were plans for John Doe if it had continued, I consider that one a mercy killing.
As for Secret Circle, at least there they tied up most of the stuff the first season had all been about. All the cliffhanger stuff was stuff they’d just established in the last episode. Trim a few minutes out and it could feel like a complete story in one season.
I doubt it, but it would be nice if they had a pseudo-crossover with Bones to at least wrap up some of that stuff. Frankly, I would’ve rather they’d canned Bones and kept Finder. Even WITH Bones having quite the cliffhanger of its own.
