OK - so we watched to first show.
I have the sneaking suspicion this is Harper Island - One More Try…
That crap show was last year - I gave up after two shows, but my SO watched to the bitter end, regretting it more and more as the series progressed.
It did make me long for Twin Peaks - that show had some originality, and great camera work, and something to go “wow” every few minutes. Happy Town is lame so far - so unless SO wants to struggle for another summer watching this, I think it is off my DVR list.
I saw a bunch of commercial for the premiere, watched it and was mildly intrigued then never saw another commercial again and completely forgot about it until reading of its cancellation.
I thought it had some promise, I mean they already started giving SOME answers, like who the killer was in the first ep. Oh well. At least when they blow off the remaining eps it’ll give me something to watch in the summer.
