I used to be fairly active over at Japan Today, but their message board and news forums have deteriorated into complete troll pits.
I’ve also looked around at fuckedgaijin.com, but haven’t posted anything.
The Dope is the most interesting of the sites I visit, but here it goes:
www.anandtech.com They are an awesome computer hardware site and the forums are full of great computer information. I sometimes provide free support on there in the General Hardware forum mostly.
www.hometheaterspot.com This is my favorite home theater and DVD Review site. Again, I sometimes provide support for equipment connectivity here. It is the friendliest of the home theater boards IMO.
www.auntminnie.com This is a radiology forum and news site (owned by Kodak). I sometimes post in the PACS forums.
These days it’s really only here, NADS and Aces High. I’d like to find a board where the politics are more centrist or even slightly right-wing (the SDMB and NADS being left-wing but in very different ways).
