There’s a really easy experiment to refute this. Go and do nothing but flat and decline benches for a couple months, and then hit the incline press hard. The next day, your upper pecs are going to be ridiculously sore even though you’ve been training your chest for a while. If what this guy is saying is true, that shouldn’t happen.
