Please help! Trying to track someone down in the UK. I have their name, but have only found white pages for America…
Also how would I find their mobile number? Not even sure what network they are on…

I don’t think there is any useful UK email or mobile phone directory - there are a number of opt-in schemes, but nothing particularly useful.
It may be that you will have to track them down by address and write a letter - try 192.com
Dammit. Thanks for the help though. I’d prefer not to write a letter really. Aaaaarrggggggghhhhh. Why is the UK so shite!?!

As far as I know, there’s no universal way of finding a UK email addy. If they might have one at their workplace, university, etc., then there might be a directory on the relevant website, or you could send it to their department or to personnel and ask for it to be forwarded.
AFAIK, there’s also no way of finding a mobile number from a name. Landlines can be found as long as you have a name and at least a partial postal address, through directory enquiries of eg 118 118, or through international directory enqs. if you’re abroad.

There is no universal way of finding any email address, far less a “UK” one. While email addresses can have a country domain it is not a reliable indicator of the location or nationality of the owner what-so-ever.
Directories of telephone numbers are available, but again, only if the person has chosen to be on them.
And I can’t imagine why you think MSN White pages are a comprehensive directory of anything.

Even given that you are probably a little frustrated, this seems a bit of an extreme reaction. The UK is shite because you don’t know how to get in touch with someone, and you can’t be bothered to write?
You have said that you would prefer not to write, not that you don’t have their snail mail address. Most people have landlines - why are you trying to find their mobile number?
