Read the rest of the article says the spraying is for the birds, not humans. Looks like a load of BS to me, I can find nothing else about such a plan anywhere else.
We don’t even have a bird flu vaccine, much less one that works via broad spraying. The best regular flu vaccines that we have require them to be directly inhaled by the person taking it, not just breathing in particulates from the air or soaking it through the skin. Looks like you hit a tinfoil hat website.
You may want to loosen that tinfoil hat a bit. It’s cutting off the circulation to believe anything on that site.
