Sounds like if I knew her I wouldn’t want to be working with her. You might consider the effect she’s probably having on the rest of the workplace.
Well, it’s complicated. My pool of applicants for this position is pretty awful due to the rural location. Ideally I’ll be retiring soon and so I am avoiding hiring anyone who would need trained. She’s a warm body with an easy job.
