Is there a way to see when a user account in Vista was last logged in to?
net user <name>
I assume that means to type that string into the “run” dialogue?
Is there a way for a user to erase that information from within the account?
No, run it from a command prompt. Otherwise the window will close before you get a chance to read the results.
I don’t know if a user can erase last logon time. I mean, the data must be stored somewhere, but I suspect it would take a sophisticated user to modify it.
