User privacy statement

Is there a user privacy statement for the SDMB?

I ask because I am admin for a message board run by a newspaper Web site, and we have one because our corporate higher-ups mandated them. But I’m checking out other boards to see how they address it.

I know in the user agreement here it says SDMB reserves the right to disseminate user info, so I’m guessing that might negate a privacy statement.

We don’t have anything besides what you see in the Registration Agreement or the notice at the bottom of the MB page.
