My only concern is for all the troops to be now in good care. Sometimes hard situations happen when is a war conflict, and a troop has been trained to handle them.

On an aircraft carrier, you have “sailors,” not troops.

(Also, a “troop” in the singular is a group of people. See here.)

And the reason this is in the BBQ Pit is because this particular “hard situation” was caused by shitty planning at the top.
