Is anyone aware of a biography or autobiography of Utah Phillips? So far all I’m turning up is CDs and songbooks, which is not what I’m hoping for.
His wikipedia page contains several references and links to biographical material.
Yeah, I found that, but those are newspaper articles and interviews. I was hoping for a book and that Dopers might know of one when even Amazon and Wikipedia failed me.

Apparently no one or a publisher has felt that his life story has mass market appeal. Maybe you could self-publish a biography for own enjoyment and a few others.
Never heard of the guy until this thread.
I’ve always loved this quote by him. Some of the other quotes on that site are equally pithy, which is why I’m interested in reading more about him.
