Vanity plates in FL

I just read about how the court system in Louisiana is nixing the current method of creating vanity plates because there is a pro-life plate, but no pro-choice plate. Florida has the same situation, but I haven’t heard of any litigation to change things here. Anyhow, I’m interested in creating a pro-choice plate, as a pro-life one already exists. Any idea how one would go about petitioning the state to do this?
