Vegetarian meals that freeze well?

I would like to start making myself my own microwaveable lunch during the work week and I couldn’t think of anything good that I could make in batches and freeze. Well, I thought of some black bean chili and lasagna, but then I was stuck. I tried searching for some vegetarian casseroles, but there seems to be a wide range of possibilities under that heading and I couldn’t tell what might re-heat deliciously later and what might be a soggy gross mess. Maybe I should stick to soups/stews and chilis? Any tried and true recipes would be appreciated!

Enchiladas work well–just stuff with whatever sounds good, cover with canned sauce, cheese, etc.

Curries are also good, but I guess they fall under the heading of “stew.”

Bean burritos freeze well.
