Very funny Web series

I can’t believe I’m the first one to post about this here, but I did a search, and apparently I am.

www.mrdeity.com is a funny and clever Web series by a guy who’s trying to develop a half-hour sitcom. Michael Shermer, editor of Skeptic magazine, says, “Mr. Deity is really quite brilliant, funny without being offensive, insightful without trying to be too deep.” But rather than try to describe it, I’ll just suggest you check it out. Enjoy.

What? Nobody likes it, or hates it, or has anything to say?

I just watched the first two episodes, and I give it two Deity-sized thumbs up!

The first one was mildly amusing, but it seemed a bit of a one-trick pony to me.

Premise good, quality good, actors good - but the script(s) are a little bit lame and could use some re-writes.
This is a project that both Bob Newhart and Bill Cosby could have done better and actually covered a bit in their older comedy acts.

All in all, a nice pitch for a comedy show, but if I were a network executive, I would have to see some better writing before greenlighting it.
