South of Richmond on I-95 there is a very high exit ramp. It seems to be way higher than it needs to be. It’s the exit for highway 150. Anyone know how high it is or the story behind it?
The other highway goes over the James River right after crossing Interstate 95, and it needs to be high enough so ships can pass underneath.
it looks scary , I guess partly because the ramp is single lane. Glad I don’t drive on it.
