I had watched that already. Long story short: Earhart was a publicity seeking flake. She had previously flown with 2 other guys but one of them quit her because of her obliviousness to risks. Add crappy equipment, errors in arranging signaling with the people in and around Howell island and she was doomed.
I am liking less and less Veritasium’s videos. Probably going to quit watching him at some point.
