In this article, it would appear that all those hours of playing Unreal Tournament or your FPS of choice have paid off. Have you felt any more aware since you spent hours a day playing these types of games?
Paid off in one respect, taken away much much more in every other.

What? You can’t be serious, Gassendi. Imagine the horrors: all those kids being dragged to the computer screen, screaming that they want to play baseball and read the Bible and recite poetry instead of committing random acts of violence with BGF’s on collections of pixels and vertices. 
I cut that article out and put it up on our fridge at home. I agree–for me, it has done plenty for my reaction time and hand-eye coordination and stuff.
