My girlfriend, who is a former video game developer, told me once that there was some Japanese fighting game where raping the opponent was the finishing move. When I asked her about it today, she said she doesn’t remember which game.

I looked it up. It’s the charmingly titled “Battle Raper: HYPER REALACTION.”
Something Awful gave it a score of -40 (-50 being the worst).
If you poke around on their site, you’ll find a whole wealth of incredibly offensive rape-related Japanese hentai games, including a scatologically oriented game (peppered with rape, of course) called “Water Closet” that scored an incredible -50 out of -50.
There was no depiction of the actual act, but I ended up getting homosexually raped by a super mutant in Fallout 2. Got endlessly mocked about it afterwards by NPCs, too.
Note to self: In the future, never agree to an arm-wrestling contest with a super mutant.
And even if you take BuffOut until your Strength is maxed-out, you can still lose the arm-wrestling contest. It’s not worth it just to get a dinky power glove (from which I promptly stripped the power supply and sold).
