I like watching the villians in movies & TV because there are no limits to what a good actor can do with a main villian role. Some years back there was a family (father & sons?)that appeared in many westerns, they could get me to booing the villians rather well. When Marshall Dillon or anyone else gunned em done you knew they deserved it.Anyone remember who they were?
Well, I see a paucity of hard information here, which is never a good way to commence these postings.
Do you know how many sons are in the family of villians and, furthermore, is the family you like to boo a real family of related actors, or a make believe family such as the Cartwrights, who by the way are never shot by Marshal Dillon, although many parties consider they deserve this fate, in addition to the booing.
And, if you say that Marshal Dillon, or anyone, cools off this family, well, it is really anyone at all, who is a marshal or maybe a sheriff, or some such, and some degree of redefinition is necessary here.
Furthermore, I am curious to know on how many occasions this family is croaked by the law around there, as they seem to be greatly resilient to this killing, and they always return for more screen appearancees, so someone shoots them again.
Nostradamus what I meant to say was that the family were actors that played villians in many westerns and I think it was in a Gunsmoke episode the whole family played the various bad guys. There were write-ups in the TV Guide about the family. They were good at playing villians and I wondered if anyone remembered their names.
Was it the Carradines?
