In many states (including mine, Illinois) it’s illegal to record someone without their consent. He can certainly inform her in all future interactions that he plans to record what goes on. But she has the right to refuse to communicate with him if she doesn’t consent to being recorded.

Your shirt might not be pornography but it’s misogynist, and therefore offensive. It will be against your school rules which you agreed to when you attended the school.
From your principal’s (A middle aged woman by the sound of it) view,she was offended and punished you by taking it away. All the screaming is not relevant - you argued with her, she argued back.
Ask for your shirt back at the end of term.
TL;DR: You were caught flouting the rules. Take your punishment like a man, not a crybaby.

Guys, we are missing a brilliant opportunity here to play matchmaker. On one hand we have Chillafrilla, a punk-ass brat, raging against the machine, and on the other we have Euphoria2010, an alleged 22 year-old knocked up by her boyfriend of one month who a short few months later has found her one true love. Chillafrilla is trying to build a federal case out of a pornographic T shirt while Euphoria is trying to understand why anyone would want to go out with a girl who puts out and cannot get pregnant (or at least more pregnant).

If the OP attends an alternative high school, doesn’t that explain the principal being a bit more unreasonable than most of us are familiar with? Difficult students are usually dealt with more harshly from the get-go, and the school rules are even more strict than traditional public schools in the same district. Yes?
