Might I suggest that future virtual gettogethers be announced beforehand(between a day and a week) to give people time to get ready?
I checked out the room created by AnalogSignal but nobody appeared to be there. At least the software worked fine on the web, no installation needed.

Yesterday’s participation was heavily weighted to the west coast. In fact, everyone was on the west coast except for me. The peak hour of activity was 6pm Pacific time which is 9pm Eastern and 2am in London. So it could be difficult to choose a starting time that works globally.
