Visiting Chiusi, recommendations?

I’ll be visiting friends near Chiusi, Italy in the near future, and would appreciate any recommendations of what to do. I’m not certain how much I’ll be staying with them, or whether I’ll rent a hotel room for a few days, so hotel and restaurant recommendations are also appreciated, depending on how the trip plays out.

Tuscany has a lot to offer, but it may depend on where your interests lie. If Etruscan tombs and medieval castles are your thing, you will find plenty.

You should allow at least one day for a trip to Florence - go by train as parking is a nightmare.

I’ve been to Florence, and Etruscan tombs and medieval castles are definitely my thing.
