Rob Paulsen has done that fairly often. He’s best known as Yakko Warner/Dr. Scratchnsniff/Pinky on Animaniacs, but he also voiced several characters for the Transformers and GI Joe series, not to mention many other shows in which he did multiple roles.
I used to watch a show called Marine Boy as kid. An early anime import about a water-breathing kid who had underseas adventures. Corinne Orr played Marine Boy, his dolphin CliCli (non-speaking) , and his galpal Neptina. That’s the three main characters right there. I don’t think there were more than 2-3 other regular characters in the show. While it’s nothing special to see voice actors with multiple credits, expecially in old TV and theatrical cartoons, I can’t think of another “trifecta” like this where the same voice actor does the male lead, the female lead, and an animal lead.
As near as I can tell from watching him talk in interviews, his normal speaking voice IS Brian. He doesn’t change it at all for that character.
You know, I remember seeing the two of them on Comedy Central once. I was surprised to see that Cartman’s voice is done with the help of computers. Parker reads with that ‘accent’ but a lower voice, and they raise it in the studio. Pretty funny when you think about all the college students who can do it without the help!
Numbah 5’s older sister happens to be named Cree.
On a recent episode of Too Late with Adam Carolla, Alex Borstein gave a sampling of her Family Guy offerings, including Lois Griffin and Asian reporter Tricia Takanawa.
Creator Seth McFarlane is the voice of both Stan Smith and Roger the gay alien on his other show, American Dad.
On Rugrats, Kath Soucie did the voice of Phil, Lil, and Betty DeVille.
On The Powerpuff Girls, TomBob KennyPants…er, Tom Kenny was the voice of the narrator and the Mayor of Townsville.
On Cow and Chicken, Charlie Adler was the voice of Cow, Chicken, and The Red Guy.
All the kids are pitch shifted on Southpark.
On Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Dave Willis does the voice of Meatwad, Carl and the Mooninite Ignignokt. Surprising because the voices are very different.
On Drawn Together, Tara Strong did the voice for both Princess Clara and Toot Braunstein.
Two different personalities voiced by the same actress, interesting.
Must look odd to see an actor having a coversation with them selves. So how does Seth does that Road to Rhode Island song?
When Brian and stewie do their duet?
Phil LaMarr did it on an episode of Static Shock in which he played both Static and Green Lantern.
Kath Source had a bit on Justice League Unlimited in which she played a little boy asking for Booster Gold’s autograph. I recognized her because she was using her Rodney voice from “Baby Blues.” On that show she also played Rodney’s younger sister.
On the commentary on a Superman DVD one of the guys mentioned that union rules allow an actor to do up to x voices. I wish I could remember what x equals and what episode it was. The voices are usually bit parts (Screaming Man #2, “Hey Look Out” Guy), but it sounded pretty common.
A lot of the time the voice actors aren’t together when they record (a counter-example I know of is FullMetal Alchemist where Ed [a 30 some guy] and Al [a real 12 year old  ] do scenes together). The vocals tracks are then mixed together.
I heard (or read) Billy West in an interview, and he said there were two tests to seperate good voice actors, from great voice actors.
Can they sing in every one of their characters? And can the *scream[i/] in every one of their characters?
…Me!
In the super-neato cartoon [url=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0197159/]“Home Movies”** Brendan Small does Brendan and the goofy pre-pubescent gay sounding Walter, and H. Jon Benjamin does Coach McGurk and Walter’s “other half” Perry.
Small and Benjamin also do other voices.
Re: Yeardly Smith - I just now listened to a Simpsons Season 3 commentary that included Yeardly. Upon first hearing her, you can instantly identify her as the voice of Lisa. However, during the commentary she did her “Lisa voice” and it’s slightly different. She said she has a very hard time yelling as Lisa because she has to pinch her throat a bit to do the voice.
He did Elmer, too, after Arthur Q. Bryant died.
If you want to hear Yeardley Smith’s vice in all its screeching glory, watch Maxumum Overdrive.
When Seth McFarlane did a guest spot on Enterprise, it was as if Brian joined the crew.
