Neither do white nationalists, but that never stopped Steve King. What’s your beef with BDS?
Steve King has taken some positions and made some statements some think are racist. Supporting BDS is concrete proof of anti-semitism. She has also made anti-Israel statements that crossed that line, but as I said about King, statements aren’t always proof. Supporting BDS is.
My beef with BDS is that they do not support a two state solution and they call for boycotting Israel. And only Israel. If I called for boycotting Mexico and only Mexico, would it not be fair to ask why I only seem to have beef with Mexico?
Looking closer that seems a fair point. BDS is probably antisemitic.
(I think you’re totally off base on King, but that’s a tangent for another thread.)
Oh, I think King crosses the line into racism, but he isn’t a supporter of an actual organization that gives Republicans an opening to deny him committee assignments. If he comes out tomorrow in favor of some white supremacist group, that would change.
