Ah. catsix lacks resolve. Or at least cannot find a cite.

Since catsix didn’t bring forward any cites, I decided to look around for them. Didn’t find any claiming that. There were some pages that made some really interesting (Read: really fucking stupid) claims about the warrant, though. Like how since none of the agents were specifically instructed to should “Police, we have a warrant!” or the like, they were in violation of the laws for serving a warrant… Or how they changed the day they would serve the warrant to be a day earlier, and on the warrant, that’s the last day it would be valid, they must have been planning on attacking without a warrant, which makes it conspiricy to comit a crime (Nevermind that the warrant was issued 3 days before the raid, and could have easily been issued after changing the planned date for the raid).

This, of course, nestled in the whole slew of other accusations, like the use of “millitary weapons” (Helicoptors with mounted guns), grenades (Flashbangs, which they went on a wild tale trying to spin them as highly lethal devices), that the use of millitary vehicles (the tanks) was illegal, that even having millitary personel pressent was illegal (Which is flat-out wrong, seeing as they were only advising instead of partaking in the raid).

Even the most wildly anti-government pages say they had a warrant.
