No way. 16 inches would not be enough, and 18 inches would be too much.
For the record, Ray Lewis’ alleged co-conspirators were acquitted, and Lewis plead guilty to obstruction of justice, but nothing else. I don’t think you can fairly call him an unsavory character; he’s been a model citizen off the field since 1999.
Can’t speak for everyone, but the only game that will put me to sleep faster than basketball is golf. Football is number 3 on the list.
OJ Simpson was also acquitted.
And he is continually searching golf courses and Vegas hotel rooms for the real killer.
I love the postseason game and watch most of the playoffs every year, but I’m having trouble getting into the finals.
LA = Kobe, who is awesome but spoiled and irritating.
Boston = Mail ordered dream team. It will bug me if they win and Boston fans explode with pride. Minnesota (KG) and Seattle (Allen) will have more to celebrate, IMO, seeing their long-time stars succeed.
I’m sick of Boston and I hate LA, so I was kind of waffling on this series. But as soon as I heard that “Beat LA” chant at the Garden, I knew I had to root for the Celtics. Growing up in SF, that chant triggers something deep inside you, and it will not be ignored.
That said, way to lay down there, Doc.
Ugh…I’m sick of Boston and LA too. Actually, I’m more sick of Boston and Kobe but after following the first three games of this series, I’m going to have to cheer for LA. It really does pain me to say it but it’s the lesser of two (very) evils.
