Well, an Isis priestess would be a priestess of Isis. Like… duh! 
Isis being, of course, the ancient Egyptian goddess of fertility and new age magic and silver jewelry. A transition ritual is where… umm… something is changed into something else? Or something? Like I said… umm… duh?
All I know, is those people sound crazy, so I sure as hell wouldn’t call that number if I were you.
Isis is the wife of Osiris and the mother of Horus. Osiris was killed by his brother Set. Isis then had to search for Osiris’ body (in later versions of the story, said to have been torn to pieces and scattered) and provide him with proper funeral rites.
I would guess that a transition ritual would have to do with the transition between this life and the next, given the context.
I know a priestess of Isis, but she’s kind of busy.
