I do sleepwalk. As far as I can tell, I’m able to do a lot while completely asleep. Operating a phone? Hell, I can totally get my nasty on and never wake up. Unless someone’s witnessed you sleepwalking (or you saw the aftermath), you’d never know you sleepwalked.

The time frame seems rather short for any sleeping drugs that I’m aware of, and seems about right for a sleep deprived nap.

IMHO, you’ve discovered that when you’re sleep deprived, you sleepwalk.

Your best course of action would be to go to a hospital for a medical exam and/or contact law enforcement. I’m truly sorry if that did happen; however I think the likelihood that you were the victim of a sexual assault is vanishingly small in the absence of other evidence.

I would suggest checking for bruises. I would get naked, squat over a mirror and spread your intergluteal cleft wide and take a good look for bruising. If you don’t see any I would take an object and poke around to check for any soreness, preferably a ladle.

I once had a minor medical procedure, for which I was put under with a kind of drug. It was not complete anaesthesia. When I woke up I had a sore feeling in my anus. It turned out they had administered a suppository, so, no larger than a pill and a finger. Yes, you would know if you had been raped.

Everyone has time where they didn’t have, or didn’t know they had a medical disorder. A great deal of them are situational. For example, I only sleepwalk when I stressed. I didn’t hit that level of stress until I was a teenager, so I didn’t sleep walk before then.
Most drugs that the average joe has access to that will knock you out are going to usually make you unconscious for 4-6 hours, at least. Anesthesiologists have access to drugs that stop working and you wake up the moment they’re administered, but those are intravenous drugs. Something that’s going to work through your stomach is going to be slower at onset and presumably slower to work through your system.

And I agree with Maastricht, if anything penis sized had been put in your rectum without your cooperation, afterward you would have little doubt as to what had happened.

Go see a doctor, explain about the black out. CT or MRI would be a good idea.
