Was the CBS investigation report quashed?

OK - this will be my last attempt since I’m really not inclined. What is the logical fallacy? What is “it.” Your initial post was immediately behind my post - was it something there? Something in one of the other posts? Something you decided to introduce? What? And what is this “logical fallacy” specifically. Please don’t talk about “it” - tell us what “it” is —

It is something I introduced. Apropo of nothing.

I’m not quite clear. Do you want me to explain what a fallacy is?

My bolding.

That’s pretty weak, but if it makes you feel better to call out the logical fallacy you used before using it, so be it. Perhaps we need a logical fallacy for thinking you can use a logical fallacy in an argument as long as you call yourself on it first.

Trust me John, I’m regretting it already.

Hey people! As I stated earlier! I brought a fallacy into GD! Please ignore my previous posts! Sheesh.

I think Tiger might have thought you accused him of originating a logical fallacy, and that you were calling him on it, not yourself.

It was pretty humorous to read that exchange.

Who’s on first?

So NurseCarman was really tu quoque-ing him/herself all along? Well I’ll be damned – tu quoque-ing yourself must look a lot like dancing -

O’Reilly was busted for tuquoqing himself, and that is a unseemly image. Speak of men and their tuquoques no more!

Himself.
Like I said. Nuance of language.

Just in case you’re planning on traveling like Shodan and find yourself in east Mississippi, I feel I should warn you. — I’m from Mississippi and we don’t like that phrase – tu quoque. In fact, I’d wager the phrase ‘tu quoque’ hasn’t been uttered in the ENTIRE state this week. That’s a few million people and a few billion words. And if someone were to say - “tu quoque” - while in Mississippi - they’d get their ass kicked. Why? – “just because we don’t like it” (and that is a good, valid reason in my town) –

Oh, and we also didn’t like the word “nuance” either –
