Was the attempt to keep Richard Paez from being approved a filibuster?
By every account I can find, most people seem to be calling it that. Here is one example.
However, I’ve rarely seen this mentioned when there is talk of a Democrat filibuster happening in the near future.
Based on what I’ve read, this most certainly was a filibuster.
Was it or wasn’t it?
