Anyone else love it? They make a nice single malt and a nice rye. Their distillery is in Sperryville, VA and they’ll give you a tour. I’m enjoying a glass of their whiskey now, while waiting for the cable guy.
I have not had their finished product, but I have one of their small barrels in my garage full of their raw rye spirit. It’s been aging since July 10 and I will bottle it around January 10. My initial tasting at 2 and 3 months, respectively, is promising.
