Watch a video, give a diabetic child insulin!

Not a joke, not a scam, just a way to raise money for a good cause! From the youtube page:

Do the BiG Blue Test, on World Diabetes Day http://BigBlueTest.org is a program of the Diabetes Hands Foundation (DHF). It takes place every November 14 (World Diabetes Day. People with diabetes are invited to test their blood sugar at 2 pm (local time), do 14 minutes of activity, test again and share the results. Nov. 14, 2010, DHF is aiming for a minimum of 100,000 views of its Big Blue Test promotional video. To help the foundation reach this goal, Roche Diabetes Care (makers of ACCU-CHEK® diabetes products and services), has underwritten the production of this video and will make a donation for every view the video receives up to $75,000. DHF will use the donation to help the Life for a Child program, run by the International Diabetes Federation, and Insulin For Life. These two global, humanitarian organizations provide diabetes medication and supplies to children in the world’s poorest countries.

I was thinking about posting this, but didn’t know if the powers that be would approve.

This is totally legit, guys. Please, if you can spare a couple of minutes, go watch the video.

I’ll second (or third) this! All you have to do is watch the video (or let the video playin the background while you don’t watch it). They’re only up to 41,722 views and they need 100,000 views.

This will help provide people with desperately needed medication. On a personal note, I can’t imagine what my life would be like if I had to fight for insulin. I just have to go to the pharmacy and poof! it’s there. Please watch this video and help out!
