Film Historian Bill Warren, author of Keep Watching The Skies!, about science fiction films from 1950 to 1962, has died.
I think I met him once or twice back in the early-'80s. I can’t remember. But my best fiend got an acknowledgement in the book.

Never met him, but I got to know him pretty well on GEnie and later on Facebook. His knowledge of the genre was wide-ranging and I liked his critical perspective.
Sorry he’s gone.
Aw. Damn. Had some good exchanges (and a few genial arguments) with him back in the FIDO and early Usenet days.
Hope you’ve got a good seat in the big balcony, Bill.
The Elder Gods finally took him out. ![]()
