Water pressure

I have two external spigots on my house. The one in the front has approximately 2/3 the pressure of the one in the back. Is there anything I can do to increase the front spigot’s pressure?

Have you actually measured the pressure? If so, then you have a substantial pressure drop somewhere in the piping to the front. It might be as simple as a partially closed valve or it could a blocked pipe. Or it could be that the front is served with a 1/2" pipe and the back with a 3/4" pipe and the front will naturally flow less water. What is the flow rate from each in gallons per minute?

Are you talking about pressure or flow rate?
It is not unusual for the flow rate at the spigot furthest from the water meter to be poor when compared to the spigot next to the water meter. This is quite often due to corossion in the pipes, and the furest spigot being served by a smaller supply pipe (1/2" instead of 3/4"). If you house has galvanized pipe corrosion is the most likely culprit.
If in fact you measured the pressure, the static pressure at both spigots should be the same, unless there is a pressure reducing valve in the system between the two spigots.

In my house each external faucet has a corresponding indoor valve so that the pipe can be cleared of water that might freee in the winter. Check and make sure any of these are open if you have them.
