Way to do Iowa. Women's bodies are a sin and we men can't help ourselves.

I think the quote “once telling her that if his pants were bulging that was a sign her clothes were too revealing” should be sufficient grounds for a harassment suit.

Probably ‘the state of denial’.

 Please do not offer unwelcome disturbances to traditional porn-conventions!

Meh. Don’t want no scrubs. Calling from the passenger side of his best friend’s ride . . .

The bulge in your pants for instance?

Yeah, he could have been bisexual. I think the onus should be on him to demonstrate that her gender was unrelated to his perceptions of her attractiveness.

I’d prefer a medical professional who’s capable of functioning outside a hermetically sealed ugly vault.

I’ve never understood people suing over getting fired. If the employer doesn’t want you, what do you think forcing your way back in will accomplish? Even if he was forced to rehire the woman, all he would need to do is reorganize under a different business name and the slate is wiped clean.

Employment is an an agreement between employer and employee, the employee works and the employer pays the employee for said work. Employers aren’t forced to hire and employees aren’t forced to work. By the same token, both are free to end the agreement at any time that it no longer suits them.

That’s all true, but some reasons for getting fired are more valid than others. If you can’t do the work or have a lousy attitude or are insubordinate or are losing the company customers or are stealing - all valid reasons. Being attractive and your boss not being able to handle it - not a valid reason.

People very rarely request injunctive relief in wrongful termination suits. They are generally content to get paid.
