Get all the “dog’s birthday party videos” and count them. If your dog has one birthday per year the number you come up with should be the dog’s age, unless you have been maltreating him.
It might be a technophobic dog and not possess one of those new-fangled video machines. Or what if it is somehow a queen dog and has two birthdays? Or what if its birthday falls on the 29th of February?

Alas, her mother was a loose and immoral woman, who abandoned all her children a few months after she birthed them.
We think she’s part boxer, part pit bull. But that assessment came from the same vet who said she was 2 four years ago. She’s definitely part boxer, though, and very playful most of the time (with signs of slowing down recently).
When you cut her in half to count the rings, keep in mind that this can be very very messy. I would suggest she spend a night or two in the freezer first to cut down on the spray and mess. If you use the band saw method you’ll find out that dogs can indeed meow just like cats.
