No, they would just have to throw it away - they have no way to guarentee that it was properly stored while out of their possession. Health codes tend to be fairly strict about that sort of thing.

Look, you have the perfect answer. Frozen sangria pops. I’m willing to admit it when I don’t have the best answer. And I am SO going to make sangria pops, possibly with a bit of fruit in each pop.
