What happens if I freeze orange juice?

Blood oranges are currently in stores, and the have a very limited growing season. I like the juice for my Blood and Sand and the drink is very different without the slight bitterness of the blood oranges.

If I freeze the orange juice what will the quality be like when it defrosts?

The juice turns into a solid oddly and then changes back to a liquid when you want it to magically enough. Yes, you can freeze the juice or even whole ones. You could even freeze them into little ice cubes.

Juice them and freeze it. It will work just fine.
