I was sitting here waiting for my reply to a thread to finish, and started whistling “Fly Me to the Moon” (don’t ask me why). Oddly enough, it fit.
What the SDMB needs is hold music, to get us through those lonely minutes of processing time.

Open a New Window and browse around on Google, is what I do. Put in odd words. “eel”. “Norway”. I had a lovely virtual tour of the Tromso port facilities the other day.
I downloaded a few radio stations. Or check to see if a local radio station is capable of being heard on the internet. I stick with the web-only stations because they have less commercials than the local radio stations. Look on my website under “Fave Bands” and you will find a couple of my favorite radio stations.
