Weak guys.

Unscheduled outages should be announced in advance.

Did you know that the song “Puff, the Magic Dragon” was about an asthmatic shut-in? It’s true, look it up.

Stock message is a lie! We should follow Fark’s stock message when we are down.

Asks the guest.

At first I thought you said "Unscheduled outrages…but I’ve got weak eyes.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. And now to report the OP for sexist language in the thread title.

Dude, if you look hard enough, you can get noticeably better free hosting.

Don’t roll your eyes at me. I have no problem with guests – except those who talk about what “we” are paying.

Isn’t he paying by being a set of eyeballs (and source of potential clicks) on the site’s ads? I don’t understand why you’d dismiss him like that.

If he’s doing that, he’s also using the site’s resources without paying for them as members do. I would think that works both ways. Perhaps his word choice was just unclear.

That said, let’s start with the obvious: we’re not the ones making these decisions anyway. It’s above the paygrade of the mods and admins, and I am sure nobody actually needs to be reminded to ask that question. Let’s leave that to them.

Fair enough on the second paragraph, but surely you can agree that twickster’s comment did not help. I submit that a comment like that would’ve been modded had it been made by a non-moderator.

Says a mod, who gets a free membership for life.

I doubt it. But we’ll see.

**Yeah, MODERATORS!! What’s wrong with you!!! Moderate the server into being more stable!!!:mad::mad::mad:

**Server reported.

Doesn’t seem worth it to me.

What does that have to do with anything? She was a paying member for years and her subscription is now comped because she volunteers to moderate the board.

Now we’re getting somewhere!

Ghod, I hope not. There’s gonna be a world of hurt if you start modding us for stability.

WHOOSH! may have been more appropriate.

It is hypocritical on twickster’s part because she’s bashing someone for not paying when she herself no longer pays.

She doesn’t pay for it, true-she works for it.
