So I don’t have to read messages that are what is like the replies in this topic or worse.
It’s not a “Bill Gates project” other than he provides some of the funding. Furthermore, the project is trying to learn what the risks of geoengineering are. It is not trying to “block the sun’s rays.”
That isn’t “Photoshop”–that is the two public profile photos compared side-by-side. No modifications done other than rotating your public profile pic from here.

Did anyone on this topic watch the YouTube video and listen to Bill Gates? Just curious, the discussion on geo engineering had some ‘different’ proposals. I’m sure if in 2 or 3 years if they are posted for discussion I pity the fool who does.
There are two issues here–the existence of the concept of weather modification (real) and the claim that China is doing it to Canada now (rabid barking at the moon batshit insanity.)
Look what we’re doing in Texas: The problem is when weather is weaponized like the USA did in Vietnam. Hence China/Canada reference.

West Texas Weather Modification Association (WTWMA)
This project, based in San Angelo, is now in its 22nd consecutive year of operation. Its target is the third largest in the state—some 6.4 million acres in west central Texas between Midland and San Angelo. The WTWMA employs a full-time meteorologist and pilots using Doppler weather radar data produced by the National Weather Service. The meteorologist is based at Mathis Field, while aircraft are located at the San Angelo airport as well as several other locations within the target area.
The project has a dual purpose: Permits are held by the WTWMA for both rain enhancement and hail suppression operations. Texas is doing this year too. It’s in the article. Google what states and countries have weather mods currently or upcoming.

We’re still waiting for a cite that China is modifying the weather in Alberta. One cite that’s not CTer clickbait, that is.
