Nick’s is basically a frat bar that I guarantee will annoy any one of you. Might be dead on a Wednesday, but it’s loud, obnoxious and packed with 14 year olds any weekend night.
Lottie’s is pretty okay.
You might also want to check out the Pontiac (1531 N. Damen), which has a HUGE outdoor seating arrangement in the warm months.
