Damnit, I don’t even score top ten in a feud about the state I was born and grew up in.
Don’t fret, Amp, being born in the Buckeye State, we can’t possibly see it with the same eyes that the interlopers do.
Ok, it’s a little town just across and down the river from where I’m at. It has a great cheese store and a diner that serves a mean burger. Actually, could have said Hannibal, but I don’t know if it is a town or not.
Man, I really bombed this game, didn’t I.
Holy shit I almost won. Otak would you like an autograph? I was worried that I may have to quit because I am simply getting too good. I found the key. I can never have a bad one again. I am god of the feuds. I am getting dizzy. The air is thin up here. Smell my feet.
Wait, what if the Bush admin hears about this? I may be in trouble with homeland security. They check for anomalies. Aberrations are dealt with harshly by the authorities. I have to be careful. Gotta check my windows. Who’s out there? aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
I’m #13! Throwing confetti for myself. I’m usually in the high forties!
Yay!
The Buckeye answers helped a lot!
Hannibal is definitely a town, and now has its own ZIP code! When my grandmother lived there it did not, and had to use Sardis 43946! I think I had lunch at the diner when I was there for my uncle’s funeral this summer. It’s the only place in town.
ETA: Holy crap, I won! ::was too interested in my mother’s home town to notice the scores!:: Go River Pilots!::
Tell me about it. Trilobite… d’oh! :smack:
Congrats on the win! So, you’re a Pilot? Or, as we (older) Eagles say. a River Rat;)
My brother and his family live in Hannibal. His daughters go to River.
No, that would be my mother, Class of 1942 I think. She would be 84 now. I have a cousin in Hannibal and one who moved to New Matamoras. They are my nearest relatives.
I was going to say I should have scored better in a game about a state actually contiguous to my own … but the Ohio natives didn’t do much better.
That said, I can’t believe I said “Cleveland Browns,” when the Reds are much more a hometown team for me!
A little before my time. Those are all nice places to live.
