Thank you. I do understand that some people that retire get bored. That will not be the case with my wife and I. There is so much to do. BUT it will be on our schedule. My wifes retirement party is tomorrow. It’s sort of mine to, since my department will be there as well (our two departments [Assessor and IS, work very close together]) So two birds, one stone. Got that out of the way (I do not want a ‘party’)
Yeah, I hear ya. Enjoying our new place and while it can be frustrating, at least I do get deliveries now. I started working when I was 12yo. It’s OK to ‘off load’ some of this now. My bones are starting to creak a bit.
Couldn’t agree more. But, my contract reads - “If your system does not have Permission To Operate 20 days before your first loan payment date, we will cover that payment” They will do that for 9 months. After that, I don’t know what happens (lawyer up I suppose). I sure hope we will be up and running by THEN.
Anyway, they are going to have to make the first payment. First payment is due 10/26. We are not up and running. After we are generating, I can pay the thing off in it’s entirety with proceeds from our previous house sale.
I never thought a loan might turn out in my favor. I sort of have THEM over a barrel here.
I don’t understand these folks. Inspection failed about two weeks ago. Said it was missing the main breaker. I don’t think it is. It’s outside in a different panel. The solar folks are coming on the 23rd to take pictures. I guess to prove the inspector wrong. I don’t know what is causing this delay.
