Does anyone besides me remember this little jingle:

this was supposed to warn us to stay away from pills and drugs etc… Little fuzzy hand puppets that looked like pills sang it.
Does anyone remember all of the words or know if a web site that I might fidn this on?

Boy, do I remember that commercial! The following is not authoritative, but should be pretty accurate:

Looking back, that “Doctors” line might be “Doctors and the pharmacy”, since doctors don’t work in pharmacies. And the line following that might be slightly off. But I’m pretty certain that I got the rest of the song right.

A fellow Gen-Xer and I were singing this not long ago and were surprised that a clip of this commercial isn’t sitting in someone’s web archive somewhere. I put a message on the ToonTracker message board but everyone looked at me like it was some sort of fever dream I had.

Isn’t that the PSA that Busta Rhymes mirrored in the song ‘Dangerous’… sure sounds similar.

But–
The first line of the last verse is “We ARE not candy” Then the cutest little pill pipes up and says “You need us!” before the next line.
There is something wrong with the “Give the pills that you will need” line, but I can’t remember what it is.
