Hah. I was just pricing these yesterday. If I had just a little more room in the garage, you’d all be welcome to come over and drive it.
However, I don’t think it’d be much fun driving one of these through the Sierras like the vacation suggests. It’d be cold, you’d be slow and the 15,000 Suburbans would be on your butt.
Keep in mind that the original model t’s are not exactly street legal these days. So there will be extensive modifications made to them. It’s still a neat idea though.
Um, actually, from the website, the cars looked pretty darned stock; and they were talking about hand crank starting and about driving lessons, which would be a must with the T’s weird gearshifting setup.
And I believe that the T is still street legal; in Washington, at least, you only have to have the equipment the car originally came with.
