What are restaurants named in China?

Chinese restaurants in America are usually named things which, presumably, the owners expect to sound Chinese to Americans – “Lotus Garden,” “Jade Empress,” “Dragon Palace”. Are restaurants in China actually named that way, or after the owner, like, “Chang’s Diner,” or what?

My WAG would be that they are even more pretentious than in the US. Tai Chi, for example, is “Supreme Ultimate Fist.” The movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon even makes jokes about it.

A few weeks ago I ate at the Jade Garden restaurant in Shanghai.
