What are the densities of various body tissues

By density I mean both energy density (calories per pound or whatever measurement you want) as well as density (g/ml).

Skeletal muscle
cardiac muscle
smooth muscle
subcutaneous fat
intramuscular fat
visceral fat
muscle glycogen
liver glycogen
Does anyone know? Is the density and energy of both fat and muscle the same across all 3 groups of each? I know a pound of muscle has far fewer calories and a higher density than ap ound of fat, but that is skeletal muscle vs subcutaneous fat.
