What are the Imperial Japanese medals this 1960s "OPFOR" war game officer is wearing?

I’ve got a History and Militaria question: I’ve got a photo of a US Army officer wearing the uniform of a fictional “OPFOR” adversary (specifically, the “Aggressor Republic,” which actually has a long, codified alternate “history,” tactical doctrine, equipment tables, etc. Fascinating stuff.) during a war game circa the 1960s.

Now, the militaria forum I found the pic on indicates that the Aggressor “Field Marshal” has decked out his uniform with Imperial Japanese medals—given the date, they may be war trophies or bring-backs. And indeed, I’m pretty sure that’s an Order of the Rising Sun badge on his right breast, and what kind of looks like the Order of the Paulownia Flowers—or possibly the Grand Order of the Orchid Blossom, from the Manchukuo puppet state—on his left, but I’m not familiar enough with Japanese military decorations to really say that with any confidence.

Would anyone more knowledgeable about the subject, and/or with an interest in master-level LARPing be able to enlighten me as to what this fiendish Kampmarŝalo (as the title would be in esperanto, the official adopted language of the fiendish Circle Trigonists) is wearing on his duds?

Purely visual guesses, left to right:

That website has a good list of the medals and a detailed video history.
